Breast Augmentation with Mastopexy Before and After Photos

This is a 54 year old woman who had two previous surgeries by another surgeon, the last of which was a breast augmentation with subpectoral placement of a Mentor high profile 375 cc implant and periareolar mastopexy. Dr. Messa performed a bilateral capsulotomy inferiorly and medially with bilateral lateral capsular plication, placement of Allergan style 15 492 cc silicone gel implants and bilateral circumvertical mastopexy.
